I kena MUSCLE ACHE. Very pin, but shiok. Idk how am i going to tahan for th next few days... Eh, you try lifting 20 KG, 5-6 times. Ver tiring y'know. And i felt my chest muscle cramp. S: bye, very lazy to type. Elearning. Baibai.
